平安時代から装束などに用いられてきた、流れるような水の文様”観世水（かんぜみず）文様”
能楽の名家「観世流」に由来し、水の持つ「永遠・無限・生命の循環」を象徴しています。
そこに、波のエネルギーを表現する”波頭文様”を重ねたデザイン。
波頭文様も波が力強く打ち寄せる瞬間を抽象化したもので、「エネルギーと再生」の意味を持つ吉祥文様です。

帯は、昭和後期（1970〜80年代）ごろの西陣織と推定され、当時の洗練された感性を感じさせる淡いブルーとピンクの色彩。空間にみずみずしい優しさを添えます。

The Kanzemizu motif—graceful, flowing lines that represent water
has been used in garments and textiles since the Heian period (from 794s to 1185s).
Originating from the prestigious Kanze school of Noh theater, this pattern symbolizes eternity, infinity, and the cyclical flow of life.

Layered with the Namigashira motif an abstract expression of cresting waves
it evokes the energy and renewal of water.
Namigashira motif is a traditional auspicious pattern that captures the power of waves crashing with vibrant force, representing strength and regeneration.

The obi is believed to be a Nishijin-ori piece from the late Showa era (1970s–1980s).
Its soft blue and pink hues reflect the refined aesthetic of that time, bringing a gentle freshness and calm elegance to any space.
