yoi miyabi – Evening Elegance - 宵雅

1980〜1990年代頃の西陣織と推定されます。西陣織の錦織（にしきおり）技法を用い、金糸・銀糸・色糸を緻密に織り重ね、柔らかな光沢と立体感を生み出しています。 モチーフは、ゆるやかな曲線で区切られた山並みと、枝葉が伸びる木立の模様。山肌には金箔糸の輝きが差し込み、季節や時間の移ろいを映すかのようです。立体的な本金箔糸の織り込みとは異なり、この帯では繊細で均一な光沢感が全体に広がり、落ち着きと品格を兼ね備えた仕上がりとなっています。宵の空のような落ち着きと、雅やかな輝きを湛えます。　

Estimated to be Nishijin-ori from the 1980s–1990s.
Using the traditional nishiki-ori brocade weaving technique, gold, silver, and colored threads are intricately layered to create a soft luster and a sense of depth.

The motif depicts gentle mountain ranges divided by flowing curves, and groves of trees with branches reaching upward. The golden threads shimmer across the mountain surfaces, as if reflecting the passing of seasons and the flow of time.

Unlike obi that feature bold, three-dimensional gold leaf threads, this piece is characterized by a delicate and even radiance spread throughout, resulting in a finish that conveys both composure and refinement.
It holds the calmness of the twilight sky, imbued with an elegant brilliance.
