この帯は、昭和後期（1970〜80年代）の西陣織の袋帯と推定されています。
織の密度と色彩、柄のデザインからその時代特有のモダン感と伝統美の融合が感じられます。

文様は、放射状に広がる格子のような幾何学パターンで、中心から光が広がっていくような構図が特徴的です。これは「光彩文（こうさいもん）」あるいは「光輪文様」の意匠に近く、光やエネルギー、繁栄を象徴すると言われています。また、幾何学的な角が連続して連なることで、未来への広がりや無限性、連続したご縁をイメージさせる縁起の良いデザインです。

赤と金、そして織りの陰影により生まれる立体感が、非常に現代的なアートとしても昇華されています。

This obi is believed to be a Nishijin-ori fukuro obi from the late Showa period (1970s–1980s).
The intricate weaving, color palette, and pattern design reflect a unique blend of modern sensibility and traditional beauty characteristic of that era.

The motif features a radiating geometric grid pattern that expands outward from the center, resembling an explosion of light.
This composition closely resembles the Kōsaimon (radiant light pattern) or Kōrin-mon'yō (halo motif), which are said to symbolize light, energy, and prosperity.
The continuous alignment of geometric corners also evokes themes of infinite expansion, future connections, and unbroken relationships—making it an auspicious and meaningful design.

The interplay of red and gold, combined with the woven texture and subtle shadows, creates a three-dimensional effect that elevates this piece into a contemporary work of art.
