1960〜1980年代に染められた名古屋帯を額装したアート作品。
色とりどりの帯が自由に絡み合うデザインは、人と人とのご縁や、生命の流れ、調和の美しさを表現しています。

使用されている色にも、それぞれ意味があります。

・赤：生命力、情熱
・緑：調和、成長
・白（ベージュ系）：純粋さ、新たな始まり

すべて、縁起の良い「吉祥色」とされ、明るい未来を願う気持ちが込められています。

背景には、深い紫色が用いられています。紫は古来より高貴さや品格、精神性を象徴する色で、空間に落ち着きと格調をもたらします。
伝統技法である友禅染の繊細な線と発色の美しさが際立つ一枚です。

This artwork features a Nagoya obi dyed between the 1960s and 1980s, beautifully framed as interior art.
The colorful ribbons freely intertwining across the fabric symbolize human connections, the flow of life, and the beauty of harmony.

Each color used in the design carries its own meaning:

Red: vitality and passion
Green: harmony and growth
White (beige tone): purity and new beginnings

These are all considered “kisshō-shoku”—auspicious colors that express hopes for a bright and prosperous future.

The background is a deep purple, a color traditionally associated in Japan with nobility, dignity, and spirituality. It brings a sense of calm and refinement to any space.
This piece showcases the refined lines and vibrant hues of the traditional yūzen dyeing technique, making it a striking expression of timeless Japanese craftsmanship.
